I got a Sony Ericsson W850i for my birthday in September last year and a few months later, I notcied it developed a small hair line crack on the navagational pad. I looked on the internet for help and it is a very common thing apparently. I sent it away (it came back a month later – business was very slow) and I noticed they had replaced the whole casing. Phew! I am very careful with my phone, I have a protector case and it has no scratches as yet. A few months later it came back! In the same place but worse! I rang up Sony Ericsson and they said they sent me an email but never did. I have not sent it back yet but it is such an annoying problem. I paid enough money for it so it should work! Anyone got the same problem?

I’ve had my BlackBerry Bold for about a month and a half now; I bought the screen protector the same day as the phone. However, the screen protector has a couple of scratches and makes the screen look grainy and rather dirty. Is the protector really that beneficial to the phone, or can I just remove it to get a clearer image?
