I got a Sony Ericsson W850i for my birthday in September last year and a few months later, I notcied it developed a small hair line crack on the navagational pad. I looked on the internet for help and it is a very common thing apparently. I sent it away (it came back a month later – business was very slow) and I noticed they had replaced the whole casing. Phew! I am very careful with my phone, I have a protector case and it has no scratches as yet. A few months later it came back! In the same place but worse! I rang up Sony Ericsson and they said they sent me an email but never did. I have not sent it back yet but it is such an annoying problem. I paid enough money for it so it should work! Anyone got the same problem?
Hi, mine doesn’t work either. Have you got a memory card? Is there something wrong with that? Its so weird – all my baby videos were wiped off a few months ago and they have stayed off since?
